Prewiew of work

Hey everyone I just thought I should update you on the recent progress we have made so far with our music video. We have taken some pictures of the locations we have been filming in and I am going to give you a sneak peak of them.

This location we decided to film at is Ashover rock. We felt the scenery was relevant to our production and the footage we have captured have connotations of the lyrics which we can link to Goodwin's features of a music video. We captured a lot of footage up here because as I said the mise-en-scene fit with the lyrics but mostly the footage we captured was miming the lyrics.

In this image we are taking shots for our website we are setting up. On our website we have set up a page which gives a description of who we are and how we made it into the music industry. We decided to take some professional shots to show our audience who we are.

The progress we have made is going well and we are looking forward to producing the final product! There are a few more pieces of footage we need to gather and then it will just be assembling it all together.

Album covers

Hey everyone, we have finally made progress on our album covers! This is the first draft of them so consequently changes could be made again. We are really happy with the results of this because it looks very professional and all we used was a simple background and the outline of Dan. Here is the outline of Dan which we used for the front cover and then the front cover itself:

                              

Here is the back cover which I believe may need some more work but as it is the first draft changes can still be made:

We are really happy with the designs as they portray connotations of our actual song Day'N'Nite. The colours used indicate the split between day and night itself and with the artist faded in the background adds a really nice effect to get the attention of our audience.
